Membership terms

Membership grants personal, non-transferable access to Avonixtra facilities and services according to the tier purchased. Fees are quoted in Turkish Lira unless otherwise stated. Renewals, freezes, and cancellations follow the agreement signed at enrolment; promotional rates may carry minimum commitment periods disclosed at purchase.

Members must present valid identification for first access and keep contact details current. Avonixtra may refuse or revoke membership for conduct that jeopardises safety, comfort, or the wellbeing of others.

Facility use & conditions

• Appropriate athletic attire and closed training shoes are required on the movement floor.
• Members are responsible for securing personal belongings; limited lockers are provided at own risk.
• Guests may enter only when registered through reception and subject to guest policies in force.
• Photography or recording of members or staff is prohibited without prior written consent.

Health acknowledgement

Fitness activities involve inherent physical risk. By participating, you represent that you are sufficiently healthy for exercise or have obtained clearance from a qualified clinician. You agree to follow coach instructions and to stop activity if you experience pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Turkish law, Avonixtra and its staff shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the studio, equipment, or advice provided in good faith. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to services shall not exceed the membership fees paid by the member in the six months preceding the event, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Members indemnify Avonixtra against claims arising from misuse of equipment, violation of these terms, or negligent behaviour that harms other persons or property.

Schedule changes

We may adjust class timetables, instructor assignments, or facility layouts for maintenance, holidays, or operational reasons. Reasonable notice will be provided when practicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Courts located in Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
